TIB is proposing various revisions to chapter 479-10 WAC, the Board's Complete Streets Program.

The Transportation Improvement Board (TIB) will not be accepting new grant proposals for the Relight Washington Program
The Transportation Improvement Board (TIB) awarded 179 street and multi-modal improvement grants to local agencies totaling over $145 million at its November 22 meeting.
The Transportation Improvement Board (TIB) is pleased to announce its 2024 Call for Projects. Grant applications will be available online on our Online Funding Applications page beginning May 20, 2024. Completed applications must be submitted online by Friday, August 9, 2024, and grant awards will be announced after the December 1, 2023 board meeting.
TIB is seeking opportunities for early consideration of Complete Streets projects.
