Eligible agencies can apply for early consideration for projects to be funded this spring.

TIB is seeking opportunities for early consideration of Complete Streets projects. Eligible agencies must have a complete streets ordiance. Projects should be completed in 2024 and align with your local Complete Streets ordinance. TIB staff will review applications for consideration at our March Board meeting (submittal deadline March 1) and May board meting (submittal deadline April 26).

The Complete Streets Program is supported with funding from Washington’s Climate Commitment Act. The CCA supports Washington’s climate action efforts by putting cap-and-invest dollars to work reducing climate pollution, creating jobs, and improving public health.
