TIB offers matching funds at 13.5% for federal transportation grants for projects that qualify as TIB small city arterial program (SCAP) projects. Annually, 10% of the SCAP allocation can put towards federal match projects. For this upcoming year, $1.5 million was available for federal match projects. All money has been obligated for the upcoming fiscal year, July 1st, 2017 to June 30th, 2018.

Projects are selected on a first come first serve basis. The program has already reached its maximum amount and will be closed until June 30th, 2018.
