Project Description
The project would add four rectangular-rapid-flashing-beacons (RRFBs) to the intersection of 1st Street and Pennsylvania Ave.
Existing Condition
Project Benefits
- The project will add four new RRFB posts to each corner of the intersection of 1st St and Pennsylvania Ave. This installation will give clear indication to motorists when a pedestrian is crossing the intersection. The addition of RRFBs will benefit pedestrians and motorists of all ages and abilities.
