Existing ConditionsThe entire road network in Almira is in need of crack seal treatment, minus a handful of blocks which were recently treated and have been excluded from this application. Wide cracks (an inch or greater) and significant alligator cracking exists in multiple locations. In addition, pot holes and areas of localized damage exist throughout the network. |
