Existing ConditionsArgonne Road connects Spokane Valley and Millwood to north Spokane County areas, within the city the road is a primary means to access neighborhoods and business. ADT of 30,000+ with heavy peak hour congestion. Pavement, sidewalks and configuration are poor. |

Description of Improvements
Reconstruct and widen roadway. Install intersection left turn lanes, construct a shared use path along the east side of the roadway (Empire and the Spokane River bridge; connecting to Millwood Trail).
