Existing ConditionsArgonne Road connects Spokane Valley and Millwood to north Spokane County areas, within the city the road is a primary means to access neighborhoods and business. ADT of 30,000+ with heavy peak hour congestion. Pavement, crossings and configuration are poor. |

Summary of Improvements
Description of Improvements
FDR with base stabilization (ATB or CTB) between Trent and about 150 feet south of Frederick. A HAWK signal at Buckeye. The existing sidewalk and curb on either side of the road will be maintained, but pedestrian ramps upgraded for compliance.
