Existing ConditionsThere is a need for a sidewalk to provide access to the governmental services, businesses, restaurants, and recreational park (Loges). Pedestrians currently walk in to road to access the areas. This project is also identified as a key portion of the TIB approved Downtown Revitalization Plan. |
