Project Description

This project will chip seal 5 streets totaling 0.63 miles with PCR scores between 68 and 59 West Fourth - Washington St to North Harkness St North Harkness - 1st St to 4th St South Washington - Main St to Reed Ln River Street - Marcus St to Washington St Marcus Street - Lincoln St to River St
