Project Description

The City will plane the roadway and overlay Mentzer Avenue between 2nd Avenue and 'E' Avenue replace seven non-compliant ADA ramps, a small section of sidewalk, and associated curb and gutter and make minor adjustments to utilities including manholes, valve boxes, and monument cases and covers.
