This project repairs areas of base failure, seals cracks and applies chip seal to the following segments Third Street - Billings Avenue to Yakima Avenue Billings Avenue - 1st Street to 2nd Street Bullitt Avenue - 1st Street to 2nd Street Teanaway Avenue - 1st Street to 2nd Street No WSDOT Concurrence.
