Project Description
4th Street from Harding Street to Wilson Street is currently in poor condition (PCR Rating of 24). A full depth reclamation will renew the roadway while saving the costs from a total reconstruction. The roadway does not have sidewalks or curbing, and the only utilities requiring adjustment are storm sewer pipelines and catch basins, making it an ideal candidate for this process.
