Project Description
The project seal cracks, repairs pavement and chip seals the following streets 2nd Street - Union to Douglas Douglas Street - 2nd to 1st 1st Street - Douglas to Parker Whitman County agreed to provide the chip seal as part of their county chip seal program. Added scope, costs & funds from TIB #2-E-911(008)-1 Emergency Pavement Repair Project to this project on 14 Aug 2017. The scope repairs Jefferson Street from 3rd to 4th and Union Street between 7th and 8th.
