Project Description
The project seal cracks, repairs pavement and chip seal on the following streets 1st Street - Railroad to Main Washington Street - Garfield-Farmington Rd to 5th 2nd Street - Washington to Main Whitman County agreed to provide the chip seal as part of their county chip seal program.
