Project Description

The City will spread hot mix for leveling and miscellaneous repair areas followed by Stevens County oiling and laying chip on the road. Once compacted, the City will sweep and water-wash the road followed by the County applying a fog seal to the road surface. Clay Ave. requires more HMA leveling and repairs than the other roads herein.
