Project Description

The project uses full depth reclamation with cement to rehabilitate the base and cap the surface with a two-in hot mix asphalt overlay on the following sections 1st Street - Pine to EC/L 2nd Street - Pine to Spangle 4th Street - Ash to Spangle 5th Street - Ash to Spangle Spangle Avenue - 3rd to 5th

Existing Condition

Many streets in Spangle are extremely deteriorated. Large areas of alligator cracking are present. The streets approved for funding and their current pavement condition ratings (PCR) are 1st Street - Pine to EC/L32 2nd Street - Pine to Spangle36 4th Street - Ash to Spangle32 5th Street - Ash to Spangle44 Spangle Avenue - 3rd to 5th44
