Project Description

This project repairs pavement, seals cracks and overlays the following sections Roses Hill Road - Castle to Wister Wister Way - South End to North End White Avenue - Norfolk to SR 20

Existing Condition

A number of streets in Winthrop are in need of maintenance to slow deterioration. The town submitted four streets for treatment. The TIB-selected streets and their current pavement condition ratings are 48 - Roses Hill Road - Castle to Wister 55 - Wister Way - South End to North End 44 - White Avenue - Norfolk to SR 20
