Project Description

The project provides pavement repair, grinding and application of an overlay on streets within the central business district.

Existing Condition

The TIB arterials selected for overlay are 2nd Avenue - SR 20 to Glover St with a pavement condition rating (PCR) of 50 3rd Avenue - SR 20 to Glover St with a PCR of 59 Twisp Avenue - SR 20 to Magers St with a PCR of 56
