Project Description

The project provides full depth reclamation (FDR) with cement treated based and two inch overlay of 3rd Street. ADA ramp upgrades are part of the approved scope. The project includes overlay of 1st St from Dayton Street to Walnut Loop. This section will be included in Lincoln County's overlay of the Sprague Highway.
