The existing surface on G Street is potholed at the intersections. Transverse cracking is prevalent on the midblock areas. Potholes exist at the 1st Street wye. Some transverse cracking is also evident.

Project Description
The project scope was revised due to funding the city received in 2013. Improvements on 1st Street are included in a funded SCAP project. The revised scope for the project provides pavement repair, overlay and sidewalk/ADA upgrades along the following streets F Street - 4th St to 5th St with a pavement condition rating (PCR) of 50 Fifth Street - G St to F St with a PCR of 50 G Street - 4th St to 5th St with a PCR of 32 ORIGINAL SCOPE The project repairs potholed areas, lays geotextile fabric to bridge deficient areas and places a 2-in overlay on G Street and the west end of 1st Street.
