Project Description

The project provides crack seal, pavement repair and overlay to restore the surface on Kean Street. The consultant in coordination with TIB determined an adequate roadway section for Hesse. The scope includes placing crushed surfacing and overlaying the section. Minor drainage improvements ensure the street drains properly.

Existing Condition

Severe deterioration exists on Hesse Boulevard from the Mobile Park Entrance to SR 20. Kean Street between 8th and 6th is ready for maintenance. Localized areas of alligator cracking are present on Kean Street near the bus barn.
