Existing Conditions

Due to previous years of bad weather, the city has seen a freeze thaw process that has caused many issues with the sidewalks especially around the downtown core area. Due to the lifting and separation of the sidewalk, it has created many tripping/fall hazards that have been compounded during winter weather. There are many areas that have crumbling and spalling concrete that needs to be addressed as well.
