Existing ConditionsJames Saunders Street and Fortuyn Road provide access to the Coulee Medical Center, including an emergency department and other medical services. The road lacks storm drainage and also has deteriorated and ambulance drivers have expressed concern about the poor condition and bumpiness while driving to the medical center. Fortuyn is a one way road with minimal countermeasures to wrong-way driving. Pedestrian facilities along the route are intermittent. |
