Existing ConditionsJadwin Avenue is a collector street that accesses Lewis and Clark Elementary School. It is the primary walk route for students accessing the school within the adjacent neighborhood. Jadwin Avenue currently does not have sidewalks on the east side and little to no accessible curb ramps connecting to adjacent streets. This project is needed to provide a safe, comfortable and accessible walk route for school children and the neighboring community at-large. |
