There is currently no sidewalk on the east side of State Route 0303 (Warren Ave) between Burwell Street and 4th Street. There is a need for this project as this location is on the Pedestrian Access Route for the Downtown Bremerton District Center, Transit, and Puget Sound Naval Shipyard which are highly trafficked areas. This project will also improve pedestrian safety along a busy state route within the City by completing this sidewalk gap.
