Project Description
Install RRFBs at four intersections to alert drivers of pedestrians and provide better visibility. Where feasible, extruded curb bulb outs will be constructed in existing parking lanes to reduce crossing distance and increase visibility. At the following locations 2nd Street and Avenue C Avenue D and 4th Street Pine Avenue and 6th Street Avenue A and Interurban Trail
