Project Description
This project would install 62 new ADA compliant, accessible curb ramps on (2) primary arterials, and (3) collector streets adjacent to public facilities, commercial businesses and transit routes.
Existing Condition
Project Benefits
- The completion of Sequims ADA Transition Plan in 2023 identified substantial numbers of hazards on city curb ramps, precluding ADA-compliance and accessibility along key pedestrian routes. This project will address this problem through the replacement of 62 curb ramps with enhanced, accessible curb ramp facilities compliant with ADA standards.
