Additionally, the current driveway crossings have cross slopes that exceed standard maximums, creating hazardous conditions for those using assistive devices. These issues prevent equitable access and pose safety risks. Installing ADA-compliant curb ramps and correcting driveway cross slopes will remove these obstacles, ensuring a safer, more inclusive environment for all residents, particularly those with mobility impairments.
