This project will grind and provide a 2-inch overlay of the following segments Park Avenue - Hill Park entrance and North C/L Bickford Avenue - 15th Street roundabout and SR-9 4th Street - Avenue E to Avenue J Avenue D - McDonalds N Property Line to 10th Street City will upgrade ADA at their own costs prior to the project.
