Project Description
The proposed project includes an asphalt overlay along Howard St from Pe Ell Ave to its dead-end. There currently is a water line that runs along the roadway's length within the right-of-way but outside the paved section. In June 2019, a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) application was submitted to replace and upsize this leaking water line. Coordination between the two projects (asphalt overlay and water line replacement) would complement each other and insure construction of the projects independently would not damage one another.
