Project Description

This project repairs failed areas of pavement and places a two-inch asphalt overlay on 3rd Street from Pleasant Avenue to the South City Limits. This is an arterial route that gets extremely heavy truck traffic from Weyerhauser. This will complete improvements along 3rd Street from SR 6 to the City Limits.
