Project Description

This project will grind and overlay Westlake Avenue from 2nd Street to Knittles Way and Airport Road from Westlake Avenue to the east end. This project will also grind the existing pavement on Adams Street, place a 1-inch asphalt prelevel and a 2-inch asphalt wearing course. The City is providing an additional $11,000 for utility work that will be completed in conjunction with the Adams Street work. Westlake Avenue from 2nd Street to Knittles Way and Airport Way from Westlake Avenue to the east end will also be overlayed with a 2-inch wearing course. All sidewalk ramps within the project limits will be upgraded to current standards.
