During spring, a truck destroyed the street surface of this local access street. The city closed the street to thru traffic because they do not have financial reserves to repair the surface. As a temporary measure, the city placed gravel in the wheel paths to accommodate local access traffic.

Project Description
The city proposes to pulverize and incorporate the existing surface into the base. Amending and shaping the base creates better structure and crown to aid in draining the surface. Capping the base with an overlay provides a smooth, low maintenance street. The city will provide catch basins and a drywell to ensure proper drainage.
