This project provide the following improvements Railroad Avenue - 4th Street to 7th Street a 4-inch overlay and upgrades 2 ADA ramps Kathy Boulevard - 7th Street to C/L a 2-inch overlay, upgrades 2 ADA ramps and crack seals 3,000 feet
