Project Description

This project rehabilitates the following streets - Commercial Street Joseph to 3rd - Whitman Street Ski Hill Drive to Woodward - Enchantment Parkway Scholze to Commercial The city proposes full depth reclamation and cement treated base to stabilize the road structure. A hot mix overlay provides a smooth surface for the streets.

Existing Condition

The existing streets are in poor condition. There streets were surfaced without base. Extensive alligatoring and potholes exist. Current pavement condition ratings range from 41 to 45.
