Grind, Prelevel and 2 inch overlay Cotlet Way - Wenatchee River Bridge to Titchenal Road Titchenal Road - Cotlet Way to Titchenal Road

Existing Condition

The existing surfaces are cracked, extensively on Tichenal Road. Both routes serve industry, commercial and tourist destinations.
