Existing ConditionsLincoln Avenue, Dayton Avenue, and Beech Street are part of a major east-west route providing ingress/egress access on the east side of Toppenish. Lincoln Avenue and Beech Street are currently 40 feet wide with limited and aged sidewalks, illumination and storm drainage. Dayton Avenue is only 24-feet wide providing 12-foot travel lanes with gravel shoulders/parking areas. There are limited curb and gutters, sidewalks, storm drainage facilities, or illumination. |

Description of Improvements
The proposed project will reconstruct approximately 3,700 feet of Lincoln Avenue, Dayton Avenue, and Beech Street to a 40 and 43 wide, two lane roadway with parallel parking including new curb and gutter, sidewalks on both sides, storm drainage facilities, and street lighting.
