Existing ConditionsThe City of Selah residential development continues to fill in near W Goodlander Road. Sidewalk on Goodlander Road has been constructed as adjacent properties have been developed, however there are still gaps in the sidewalk that need to be constructed. The Citys Complete Streets Policy promotes consideration of completing sidewalk gaps and non-conforming ADA ramps during transportation projects. This Major Collector reaches many established and developing properties with a non-motorized transportation system that is discontinuous and not able to provide healthy options for people of all ages and abilities. |
