This section of trail is highly used be citizens wanting to access the Farmers Market, Post Office, Library, bus stops and the Downtown Commercial business center. The current gravel trail is difficult to maintain and those with strollers or who have difficulty walking end up in the street in order to have a safe, smooth, solid surface.
