The city has committed to completing sidewalks along arterials in the city as part of its comprehensive plan and transportation plan. This missing link of sidewalk will aid in a getting almost full sidewalks from west City limits on E Street to east city limits along Evergreen Way. This sidewalk allow people to walk from retail centers at 32nd and Evergreen Way to residential areas east up to 42nd Street along Evergreen Way.
