Downtown Duvall generates significant foot traffic year round from its various community attractions. Roadside parking along SR-203, north and south of Cherry St, creates major visibility issues for pedestrians crossing east or West at Cherry St. Currently, Duvall employs flags for pedestrians to cross with to aid visibility at the unmarked crossing. The nearest marked and signalized crossing is more the 500 in either direction.
