Project Description

This project construct a new sidewalk and pedestrian buffer along the east side of the 8th Ave NW between NW 180th Street to NW Richmond Beach Road, with a 5-foot amenity zone, and bike lanes in both directions. The City of Shorelines Surface Water utility will scope for a new storm facility to redirect surface water and ensure shoulder flows transition to new gutter lines properly to prevent flooding along 8th Ave and surrounding corridors currently impacted.
