Project Description

Install mid-block crossing treatments with rectangular rapid flashing beacons (RRFBs) and median refuge islands. The project will install RRFBs in two priority locations 1)1st Way S and S 340th St (North Leg), and 2) Weyerhaeuser Way and S 344th St (600 ft. South). Both locations will construct ADA compliant ramps, RRFBs, refuge islands to cut crossing distance to half-at-a-time, and illumination.
