132nd Avenue NE is an urban minor arterial connecting LWTech and the N Rose Hill neighborhood with the regionally designated Totem Lake Urban Center. Currently there is an uncontrolled pedestrian crossing at the LWTech campus driveway (the primary campus transit stop).

Project Description
The project includes upgrading the current uncontrolled pedestrian crossing with the addition of a Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacon (RRFB) pedestrian crossing at Lake Washington Institute of Technology on 132nd Avenue NE.
