Project Description

Approximately 27 ADA ramps will be constructed to current standards.

Existing Condition

Rowan Ave. has an ADT of over 800 and primarily serves a residential neighborhood, East Farms Elementary School, and a small section of light industrial businesses. Existing curb ramps are either out of compliance or nonexistent.
