Provide five raised pedestrian crossings; replace approximately 400 feet of curb, gutter and sidewalk and 11 ADA ramps, Create pedestrian plaza at Thomas Hladky Park. Provide ADA accessibility and pedestrian lighting to Whale Bell Park. Furnish and install 3 bicycle racks. Modify street parking from angle parking to parallel improving storefront visibility and adding new ADA compliant sidewalk.
