Project Description
NE 142nd Pl in this area is an unimproved, two lane residential roadway with gravel shoulders and open ditching that lacks any pedestrian features. This project consists of upgrading the roadway by installing 780' of 5'-wide sidewalk on NE 142nd Pl between 275th Ave NE and 278th Ave NE on the north side of the roadway, adding a shared use car and bicycle lane that transitions into a bike lane, and adding three designated parking stalls. A majority of the sidewalk will be separated from the travel lanes by planter
