Project Description
Construct a multi-use, paved pathway that will meet demands for walking and rolling as alternatives to auto-centric transportation along the South side of 2nd Street from Pennsylvania Ave as far east as they are able to construct. This project will add on to the Phase 1 Second Street Pathway project that TIB funded in 2023.
Existing Condition
Project Benefits
- There is no continuity to the sidewalk system and its current state does not ensure unobstructed non-motorized mobility for people of all abilities.
