Project Description
Construct bulb outs on 3 corners of intersection of 5th avenue and D Street and add ADA accessible curb ramps on all corners. Extend the No Parking areas on the soutbound lane on 5th Ave to be over 20' from crosswalk to improve sight distance, and add 'No Parking Here to Corner' signs. Install crosswalks, and add crosswalk signage for southbound and northbound traffic on 5th Ave. Install RRFB and push buttons for pedestrians crossing 5th Avenue. Install stormwater facilities to accomodate the curb bulb outs.
