Project Description

This project is a continuing effort to provide access to the NE Area of Lacey and take pressure off Martin Way by providing direct access to 15th Avenue NE. Currently, 15th Ave NE, Draham St NE, Britton Pkwy and Willamette Dr NE provide a parallel route to Martin Way north of I-5. Extending this corridor will provide road users an alternative to Martin Way. The project will also take pressure off Sleater Kinney Rd. NE at 15th Avenue by diverting the westbound to southbound left turns to College St. This new roadway will also benefit the community by providing direct access to 15th Ave NE rather than the circuitous routes through neighborhoods on Enterprise Dr. or Livingston St.
